Dear Bonnie and Jill,

We found information about your business in the “Maui Day by Day” guide. You seem like an expert in food of Maui. We have looked through six different books, and could not find a mention of a popular trend of regional cooking classes that are so popular throughout the US. Are there any Hawaiian cuisine classes on Maui that you know of? Which one would you recommend?

Your opinion is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Glen and Natasha
